Cardio: Group Running Training Clinic should  be doing run 3min/walk 2min for 40 minutes

Cardio: Walk 45 minutes
Strength Training

Wednesday:
Cardio: Walk 45 minutes

Cardio: Running Training Group Run3min/walk 2 minutes
